say it ain't so!
this past weekend/week has been insane. chris's party for marce was a
bit ridiculous. i sent out a mass text message to pretty much anyone on
my phone that lived in gville and more people than i expected
responded. but i do believe the highlight of my week was seeing the
foofighters and weezer in concert. oh, yes. mae was the opener. and i'm
not gonna lie. the week kinda sucked. a lot of tests. a lot of school.
school is for fools. look at me.

this was when they played "say it ain't so" and it was amazing
the foo fighters:
dave grohl is so fantastically, incredibly, stupendously talented. he brought me to tears when he did a slower acoustic version of "everlong". well almost. i would like to have his babies. there are no pictures of the other band members as it was extremely difficult to even get pictures of dave since i was being pushed about by the crowd in front of the stage so much.
and these last two pictures are for clayton who dedicated a livejournal entry to the spectacle in the plaza today. they come around every year around this time. actually i think they are the same exact people who come around. i love it when they get into arguments with people. some girl was just walking by and talking on her cell phone and one of the guys starts yelling at her to "quit yappering on the phone." and then goes off on a rant about how men will be pushed around the rest of their lives by women. and then a bunch of people made their own signs and held it in the bible beaters' faces and at one point a trumpet player started to play in order to try and drown out what the dude was saying. clayton, you may thank my handy camera phone for these:

oh and p.s. clayton, i'm very upset that you went to the butterfly garden without me. but all is forgiven as i had a calculus exam this evening.
