Woohoo!
Every time I'm away from school, I worry that my drawing is going to slow down. Which it usually does, but right now i'm too sketch-happy to care. Plus, I think being active on LJ keeps me from slowing down too much. I have several traditional sketches, but they're still bluelines. So they'd never show up on my scanner lol. I'll have those up next time.
I colors the lines from my last journal. Cel-shaded, of course. I think I've lost most patience for painting. DX
After coloring that, I feel like I've FINALLY found a method for cel-shading that I like. It's faster enough that I don't lose patience, but it doesn't have that flatness that I get when I just pick a color and set the layer to multiply. So, anyway, after I finished that picture, I immediately took a half-assed sketch I did the other day and inked and colored it. It's just some hair concept for a fairly new OC of mine, Isaac. I've got to get used to that name, I've keep spelling it "Issac." DX
And the lineart for the hell of it.
And lastly, the lineart for a roleplay character I'm working on. His name is Nex. Hopefully, I'll have him ready in time for
Voleros Saga on DA. I've been taking my sweet time on this (go procrastination!), and now I only have for days left to get him in. .....Yay?
