Well I didn't get it
After a gruelling 2 application process, that has taken over 2 months and included two 1 hour interviews and a psychometric test, I was finally told yesterday that I didnt get the position.
I am more dissapointed than I thought possible, and more than a little disheartened, however life goes on.
I just really wanted the position.
For those of you that I havent already ranted at during thsi process, I was applying for the position of Team Leader in my company.
Oh well.
