When was the last time I posted anything of substance? ( It rambles )

...and I've incorporated more ground turkey, and I am having fun exploring ways to cook chicken, and lower fat cuts of meat...

One of the recipes I find myself cooking fairly often can be made with either ground turkey or ground chicken. If you're interested, I can send it to you when I get home from work.

I may wind up seeing if I can track down "The Gargoyle," on your recommendation.

I'm always up for new recipies! And I do highly recommend the book. It's a first novel by the author, and it was absolutely beautiful.
