Dinner, continued

Ok. The potatoes were fantastic. Easily the best au gratin potatoes I've ever made (although to be fair, I've only made them a couple times before. They were So Cheesy...) The pork chops were done to perfection, nice and moist on the inside, crispy on the outside. I sucked all the meat off the bones. The asparagus was ok. Dale and I were playing tetris while it cooked, so it was a few moments over done. Nothing big.

Now I have a glass of wine, a tidy kitchen, clean laundry, and a bookshelf to fill. Or a movie to watch. I work at 11 tomorrow, which will be nice after getting up at 4 this morning!
