V-Day, Lost, and Vid Rec
Happy Valentine's, all. Once again, I don't feel much about this holiday either way. I'm single, and I'm okay with that. I'm not even saying that in a "convince myself it's true because it should be true" way. It's just true for me right now. ::shrugs:: Anyway, rm_renfield and I went shopping tonight to use our gift certificates to Victoria's Secret, because we can buy pretty underwear for ourselves, damn it. No Significant Others needed.
And I've just watched Lost and was intrigued and impressed for the first time in a long time. They do best with new characters, I think. The Juliet and Desmond storylines are awesome, but perhaps it's their newness that is awesome. I don't feel the need to watch another set of flashbacks showing that Jack feels compelled to help people, or that Locke trusts people he shouldn't.
