That's it. That's it, that's it, that's it. I am buying an A/C for my living room. I refuse to spend another summer like this. escritoireazul and I watched some Resident Evil commentary this afternoon, and it's miserably hot in here. And it's only 89 degrees out there! Ridiculous. I'm comfy in the bedroom, it's not unreasonable to want to be comfy in my living room and actually use my entertainment equipment.
I've only gone to two panels today, and that's fine with me. I woke up for cabell and escritoireazul's panel this morning (which was a good one), then heard two papers that were well-presented, IMHO. Then escritoireazul and I took a walking tour of Madison, with a stop at the Union for lunch by the lake. We ended up being gone for a good two and a half hours, and neither of us had walking shoes on! Very tired.
Tonight is the Fancy Dress Party (and the LJ party, and the GoH speeches, all at once), so I think I'm going to take a nap before then. In my air-conditioned bedroom, thank you very much.
