Left Laundry, Cleaning That I am Definitely NOT Looking Forward To, and Advanced Customization Wiles
D'oh!
It has slowly come to my attention that I left an entire load of laundry in the washer at the laundromat yesterday. Curses. Of course, it has to be the load with the pink bra in it, that the very kind employee finds when he very kindly offers to check the machines I was using while on the phone with me.
Sigh.
Well, another trip to the laundromat tomorrow morning it is. My regular babysitting job is cancelled, so I'll be spending the day cleaning my apartment in prep for tessa_s_friend's visit next week. How disturbing is it that a part of me is kinda sorta looking forward to the cleaning? I'M GROWING UP! HELP!!
I'm also once again being sucked into the evilness of the LJ advanced customization area. I've switched to Flexible Squares in order to make better use of tags (yes, I have succombed - I want the organization!). I spent most of my shift today exploring the help community and tweaking. In fact, my right elbow kind of hurts where it's been bent in the exact same position for several hours. Huh.
Now I want to make myself a really pretty header/background image. Faith-centric, of course, but I'm not ruling out some of my other favorite fandoms and characters. Advice from any of you seasoned header-makers is welcome.
