So much for that...
A few months ago I decided to submit some art to the local furry magazine, South Fur Lands. Now I know I'm not the greatest furry artists - but I do have enough pride in my art to say that I'm up to their standards.
So...I email a couple of pictures to them. I get a reply thanking me for the submissions and that they'll be published in the Sex and Violence issue. I was a happy wolf!

I get home this afternoon to find that the magazine has arrived in the mail...AND MY ART WASN'T PUBLISHED IN IT!
FUCKING THANKS FOR NOTHING!
