Day 1
whew,
day 1 finally over. I'm hoping that cravings-wise, this one will be the
worst, because if not then i really dont know if i can do it! we
seriously have so much yummy
food in my house right now. i made the soup today after i got home from
school, i hope i made it right, but im not sure because i had a bowl
after i finished making it and i thought it was really good, but from
what ive read its supposed to be gross. do you think it will matter too
much if i didnt add the green peppers in? How much,if at all, do you
exercise on this diet? I ment to go for an hour run this morning, but i
fell back asleep after my alarm went off. Hopefully tomorow morning
will be better, beacuse i really need to be in shape for the
snowboarding camp in July. anyways, i hope everyone else is doing
alright!
