Blog is down again

My webhost upgraded my server's php version from 4 to 5 today.  That affected my blog and I'm getting funky errors with it.  *sigh*  I've sent a ticket to support.  I found the fix but I don't know where to insert it.  The instructions on their website were kind of vague.

Hopefully I'll get my blog back up tonite!
