(no subject)
there are the funniest guys in this scaife computer lab right now. this reminds me why i love and hate my job all at the same time. why am i in the computer lab right now? because i love my job. and because i hate my job. they have really funny laughs. and keep going "GOD IT'S SO ANNOYING" it's brightening my day at least. i visiting harini on 11EW today. she was my buddy because she was bored also. thats sad considering she has only been a PST for 3 days. haha that is my future job in 2 weeks also. damn something must be really funny over there. I also ran into my old lab partner Holly and she is going to take over Jonathan's position and help me do audits. that will be my secret plan to give them all to her.
last night we picked up megan and she came over to hang out at the house. we made some drinks and sat out on the porch till it started to rain. i attempted to have a conversation with the guys downstairs but that just did not go over well. DUSTIN ("dusty" as barry calls him) said too bad we can't go to the bar with them, maybe in two years. and i was soooo offended. excuse me 5 months DUSTY. at least my name isnt fucking dusty. this kid is cracking me up, he keeps giving these looks to his friend. it is too much. mmmmm med students. god i love them.
i really could go for some good take out/restaurant food right now. but i am sad that i cant afford it. DAMNIT i need to find a rich man to take me out. everyone is very rambunctious in this lab right now. usually it is so quiet. speaking of quiet, my new favorite hobby is sleeping in the library downstairs. while i am on the clock of course. then i wake up and look around and see who else is sleeping, feel confident, and go back to sleep. its wonderful.
when i start being a PST, i am going to work 7-7 or 11-7 (I think Holly said thats the shift) mmm yay for night shifts. then I will sleep all day outside in the sun. night shifts will be awesome. all you have to do is take some vitals and la de da you are done. actually i guess the 7-7 you might have to give baths but oh well I will get used to that. still not too bad. okay i am done rambling. plus those entertaining guys left.
