After nearly three months of near constant work on this, I am down to writing the last 2 chapters of Blood and Bone. I am so excited - I'm so proud of this fic. I'm sure once I start posting it, I'll have the haters come for my throat but...I really love how it's turned out. I'm hoping to finish it up today (HA!) and then will come the final read-thru/edit. Then - the posting.
ION, I got a new job! I'll be working in a MD office starting the middle of February. I could not be more excited - I'll be working with my bestie once again, and it will be me just being a nurse. As opposed to a nurse + 4 other jobs. I'm sure I'll be more sad about leaving my coworkers once I break the news to them next week, but...it's good. It's that feeling when after you make a decision, you know in your heart it was the right one. That calm knowing - your intuition cheering and saying 'finally, you idiot' - yeah. All of that.
