Sorry it took me this long to reply, but thank you! Yeah, I know I suck. But! I did find out today about a case in England where the conviction was overturned because the jurors had invoked the spirit of the murder victim via Ouija Board and the spirit told them to vote guilty. Is that not the best case ever or what?

That -is- the best case ever! (It reminds me of one of the Lord Peter Wimsey books I've been mainlining like crazy lately. Strong Poison, I think, where the sneaky spinster lady does some very amusing fake mediuming, all for the sake of justice, of course.)
