I've been loving this story, and can't wait to see where it goes! Like you, I also picked up on the names of Emily's parents, and since her mother has always struck me as the more powerful influence of the two and given that membership in the club is hereditary, it makes me wonder if the name 'Jackson' plays any particular relevance in the future (or if we might see Emily developing some latent power). Do you know if 'Jackson' is the surname of one of the clubmembers? I've had to wiki the Hellfire club to figure out what it was, since most of what I know about x-men stems from childhood cartoons, so please forgive my ignorance :D

They do seem to censor the Hellfire Club from the kiddie cartoon versions, don't they? How odd. Why on earth would they cut the S&M club?
I won't make a definite statement on the Jackson clan, but oddly, as I was poking around on Wikipedia myself, I did discover that there was a Prentiss in the Marvel Universe, which was... interesting.
Probably you'll have gotten this, but the reason the Prentisses are in red is because they had more of a presence in the British branch of the club (perhaps a past red king). We haven't seen the Jackson page yet though.

Speaking of which, I entirely blame Diana Rigg/Emma Peel in the boots, collar and wielding that whip in Fire and Brimstone for setting me on a pervy path when I was a child ;p

Huh... interesting developments in this chapter. It's kind of cute how the team worries about Emily. I'm really excited to see what happens next.
