Now just so all of you know i did NOT write this, a good friend of mine from work wrote this the other day and i felt the need to steal it and post it up here for all to read, if ya dont like it keep your comments to yourself, if ya do like it I will make sure to pass any comments on to the artist in question.

Behind in the car
We didn’t take with us
Parked in the driveway back home
Leave the baggage of those shallow boys
Forget about the girls who hurt us yesterday
Let’s drive till we stop to chill on our chairs
In the summertime evening today with no cares

A lot can go wrong in a matter of time
When we get caught up in our moments
Tomorrow is a dead thought until we remember today
But that doesn’t mean we have to fix it

There are times when walking away’s not a crime
It doesn’t mean friends pass us by in the end
There’s more to our feelings than a street with 2 ways
Let’s not fake it, we know that’s important

The drama and feelings we bear aren’t a waste of time
But it’s not the focus to get us through
When it’s tough just know 10 years down the road
