- Jane is adorable. Jake is also adorable (though I was kind of gunning for alpha!Grandpa to be named Jack because wouldn't that be soooooo funny~ and also when I saw his last name I was like, "oh fuck"). We barely know anything about them, but I adore them both.
- I knew the fact that they were playing the beta would come into play! I was just thinking the other day, "So if they're playing the beta, does that mean there will be a newer version of Sburb?" And I was right! I like it when that happens~!
- The lusii are on Jake's bedsheets! What if the post-Scratch universe has both humans and trolls???
- CAL WHY ARE YOU A UNIVERSAL CONSTANT?
- I wonder if we'll ever meet Jane's future husband (a.k.a. Dad's father!).
- My friend theorized that all the alpha!guardians will have evil guardians, with the Condesce for Jane (a theory which I finally realized makes sense and could actually happen), Lord English for Jake (!!!), Cal(?) for alpha!Bro, and...somebody...probably really passive-aggressive for alpha!Mom.
ETA: Looks like the above theory has been jossed, as Jane seems to have a dad!
- Or perhaps Lord English is inside the ruins that Jake apparently regularly plunders, encased in his sarcophagus, and he is one day finally freed by Jake! Maybe Jake doesn't have a guardian up to this point and just decided to call himself English just for kicks? I mean, he can't have too much parental supervision if he can keep all those guns around and acts like an adventurous hooligan who desecrates ancient temples. or maybe LE really is his guardian and he's just raising Jake to be a little rascal? Ohh, the thinks you can think with only two pages of information available.
- The internet is going to break when we meet alpha!Bro. I don't think the world is ready for that yet. I am gunning for his name to be Dick, and I desperately want the rumor about him being an otaku to be true. Also, I bet that his last name will be a longer version of Cal. Calbert? Calder? We shall see.
- I'm sure alpha!Mom will be oodles of fun, too. It's looking like she's a little genius! She does appear to be working on a fourth wall in her room. Speaking of which, I have a theory that she was initially hired by Grandpa (since she was apparently hired by an elder, adventurous gentleman) to work at SkaiaNet. Maybe SkaiaNet doesn't exist yet? Maybe Jake founds it somehow? If we get to learn more about SkaiaNet, I will be a very happy camper.
