So about the new Misfits short.
I didn't hate it, but I can't say that I'm very satisfied with Nathan's send-off. Even if it had to be a short made smiply as a way to get Nathan out of the picture, I think it could have been a lot better. It wasn't even that funny. It just kind of reeked of laziness and fell flat as a send-off of one of the show's more prominent characters.
Alas, it is what it is. I think it's an awful shame that Robert Sheehan won't be returning since he brought so much personality to the show, but I don't think the show will necessarily be worse off for it. So much character development went on in the last season that I don't have any doubts about the other characters having entertaining, well-executed story lines (especially Simon). I don't have much of an opinion about this Rudy guy yet. I'm much more interested in the involvement of the powers dealer, Seth. He's got his own twitter now, so he must be important.
Ooh, I can't wait for the new season. Please just premiere already.
