Currently in what I'd like to call a 'voice-abuse hangover' because of all the screaming I [and elaineheartsyou(Elaine) XD] did while cheering for our weedle department yesterday during the Uni Orientation. Hey, the Ling people are only 20+ while the amount of people in other departments can reach up to 100++. We need to be competent D:
So I got a sore throat and wa all sniffly this morning because that always happens when I abuse my vocal chords. But then I got a little feverish by mid-afternoon, so I took medicines and slept and now I'm a little better 8DDD thank goodness we don't have school today or I'd have been a wreck. I hope the hangover isn't as bad come Friday, because tomorrow I think we'll have more screaming to do X,DDD;;;;
Oh yesterday was fun. We arrived an hour too early for my first class so mum and I hung around in the parking lot. I went down and waited some thirty minutes along the hallway of my classroom because (1) the class before mine wasn't done yet and (2) I was veeery unsure of the room number I've written 8,DDD anyway, Elaine and I spotted each other and then I was SURE it was the right room X,DDD;;; blablabla met our classmates and teacher. Great fun :D
I had a class in Abelardo Hall aka FUCKING FAR AWAY, but we were dismissed early so it's all goooood 8D Elaine accompanied me in walking there since she had nothing to do [and hence, I didn't get lost 8,DDD;;;;] My MuL 13 class [World Music Culture] was BORING not really interesting for me so far. I hope I'll get more into it soon 8DDD;;; And it was fucking scary, because we were only three freshmen amongst about 30+ others and those two freshmen didn't look friendly so I was practically alone D8;;;;; God, their answers sound so INTELLECTUAL. 8,D;;; I IS SCARED.
after that was LUUUNCHTIME but I had to go get a copy of a reading i need for MuL13 reserved so it took me a while to get to meicdon13 (Bea) X,D sorry about that dahling! We met up eventually and babbled about yaoi, her boytoy, and sommore yaoi. We almost left the Uni because the Katipunan jeep we rode which I thought had just entered the Uni [which will pass the bldg we needed to go to] was actually leaving the uni already. DDDDDD8;;;; bugger. We had to walk back and not eat lunch because of it X,D;;;; SORRY DAHLING [good thing you already ate a bit though] We'll watch porn later! :D
So we had our Uni orientation. The screaming and cheering parts I've already mentioned XD There were some really cool presentations from some orgs and OMGIWANTTOJOINTBUTIDON'THAVETALENT8,DDD
Oh but the REALLY FUN PART was the AMBUSH RALLY 8,DDDDDDDDDDDD When they were about to sing the school song a bunch of people RUSHED into stage and they were screaming about tuition fee hikes and other stuff and waving banners and OMGCHAOS. They had to turn off the mic and have the band play REALLY LOUD to drown them out. Then these people later blocked our exit [I think] so we were held up for quite some time inside. It was chaotic, I swear. I LOVED IT 8DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Ugh I need to drink anti-sniffly medicines in a while v_v;;;
