New Year,New next Four years!
Woo-hoo!Obama has officialy become our president!Oh yeah!We really needed change and a new mark in history.I really think Obama can change America some how in a great way.A lot of people said he was going to make white people into slaves now but I don't think it will happen.Slavery hasn't been around since Abraham Lincoln so it won't be happening.
I loved Obama's speech.You can tell he really wants to change and help America because in his speech,he used full force,his voice was very believeable,and he used "we" and "us" and other plural word thingys.He was the second president to only use a few "I" 's.I believe Kennendy never used I.Obama just kept saying "We need to","we have to..." and "We must..." and he also said "America"as in ALL of us.He seems really caring for America.
Sorry to all the Obama hater but,I'm really happy.And you know what?It feels really good to be a part of history.This is the first big part of history I am a part of so I am very happy.Lately,I've been looking through newspapers and getting pictures of Obama.I even found a picture that all around it was his speech.Now,that is something I am going to keep!
Thursday is my NJHS Ceremony where I become an official member.We are doing a dance that I did last year for an assembly called "Testify to Love".It is a body dance where you use your hands and all that.Now,here's the thing.The people in my class who got picked know the dance already,but the older grade members DON"T.My three friends and me had to teach them...^-^">
I had to teach three boys.One,which I have a crush on...Anywho,I don't want to be mean but,they seemed so clueless.So we had to do the whole song for them then stand in front of them so they can do it by themselves.Some already knew what to do so it wasn't that hard.But I really like the dance and song.When we first did it last year,the song got soo stuck in my head and now I love it!XD
