It was New Year's Eve and Roy was wondering where Dick was, he had finally put Lian to bed but the couple were still busy as they were expected at Wayne Manor to host Wayne Industries annual New Year's Ball. That would explain why he was dressed like a penguin in a black suit, crisp white shirt, silver tie and feet torturing shiny leather shoes as he stood in their living room in the Ring, he couldn't wait to see what the elder hero would be wrapped in.
The archer didn't know why he was so nervous as he had attended many charity events when he lived with Oliver, he put it down to the fact that he hadn't done this in quite some time and not because this would be them announcing to Gotham's rich and powerful that they were an official couple.
