[ You know, America was going to stay happily holed up in his basement-bunker awaiting either the end of the world or an end to the madness. A perfect plan in which he sits around and screams in terror at all the ghosts. But because I can't resist a Fempan post he's not stupid enough to ignore the news carried on the network. And since this is one of the rare people not in the middle of their own crisis, he decides to interact and try to retain whatever is left of his sanity.

Judging by the constant twitch, dark circles under his eyes, and his general appearance of disarray, America still isn't sleeping that much and busy wallowing in paranoia. His voice is hoarse, nearly a whisper, from how much he's been screaming.

It doesn't help that the ghost in the room with him is a fucking terrifying construct of his nightmares. ]

No the Rail Tracer is in the room with me and I tried shooting him but that never works so I'm just going to stare at him until he feels so awkward he wants to leave.

It will go back to normal eventually for certain, so please don't worry. Like Cardcaptor Sakura would say, it will be alright! It will be alright for sure! More importantly, America-san looks like he hasn't been eating properly for a while, so he should get to that. Ah, and get some rest too! He looks like he hasn't slept for days, and that's no good! You're young, so you need to take care of yourself or you won't age gracefully and you'll be unhealthy when it's important.

Can't eat or sleep ghosts are watching me! They're gonna enter my brain and turn me into some kind of undead sleeper agent if I give in!

[ Oh noooo so cute and childish America, she wants to take him home and cuddle him and feed him miso soup, it pains her to see him like that ;o; but she knows her own America well enough by now, enough to know that it's useless to try to convince him into thinking anything, so she can only somehow help him deal with his fear... ]

I dunno. I dunno, unless you've got some solution to stop them or make it all go away... but I can't think of anything that would help! I haven't tried a flame thrower but I don't have one of those. And then I'd probably light the house on fire. I've even tried praying and it didn't work!
