FireFox 1.5 Memory Issues
Yeah...there's some issues with memory for FireFox. I fixed one I had today, and maybe you can too.
When looking through my Gregarius feeds my memory usage would explode quickly. Eventually I ended up yanking my extensions offline and wouldn't you guess the problem went away. My memory usage was able to drop (which it would never do before). I went through them one by one to find the culprit: TargetAlert 0.8.9.6. Disabling that my memory problems were fixed.
Yeah...it DOES use lots of memory...don't get me wrong, but now it can recover space.
Of course now I have to see about turning the memory cache back on since I chucked that while looking for problems. :)
