One of the workers next door is singing a capella. I can't tell the language though the phrasingand melody are definitely not English. Spanish, maybe.
It's nice. It provides at least the illusion that he enjoys his work. A job that you can sing while doing can't be all bad. And it's now more finishing work than the mechanized construction sound-tracked by the radio, so there's a chance the illusion is real.
