No more Herzog

I am putting this whole Herzog business behind me. There's nothing I can do for Herzog anymore, and I certainly have enough to deal with as it is. Yesterday I found a bird's head on my kitchen floor, warbling indignantly, and today I walked in on one of the cleaning bots helping itself to the cookies in the pantry. Apparently the mice are beginning their retaliation.

Herzog would know how to deal with these mice - No. I promised I wouldn't think about Herzog anymore. Doktor Everything has spies watching the house now, I think. He's moved Herzog-the-coatrack from his foyer to somewhere else in his lab. I can't see him through the window anymore. I hope he is holding coats admirably.

So. No more about Herzog, I hope.

Today at the grocery store a pretty girl smiled at me. Her eyes were gloriously blue. They must have been expensive. I wonder how long her memory banks will hold my image? Pretty girl like that would have a lot of memory, but lots of stimuli to replace it with.

Nobody likes Big Tom. Nobody remembers. It's okay. I'm building a new Herzog.
