Nature is a fickle mistress. My early report scoffed at the report of an impending snow storm. Apparently Mother Nature doesn't care to be scoffed at.
This is what greeted me this morning when I came downstairs:

Around 7pm last night, it started coming down. Not large fluffy flakes, but lots of little tiny fine snowflakes. And it started coming down. And coming down. As of 1200 this morning, we have a drift in front of our door that tops out over two feet. (See accompanying pictures - Yes, that is the top of a 2' tall T-square barely sticking out of the top.)

It is still coming down outside, and the flakes are beginning to get bigger for some reason. If you remember my last post, there was a picture of my Miata out in front of the house. Now, there's a large mound out in front of the house.

I'm foreseeing much shoveling in my future (probably right after I finish this snowpocalypse entry).
If you don't hear from me again, I'm probably in one of the drifts out front. Send brandy and hot chocolate.
