"I'll be around some of the guys and they'll say, 'Oh, I know you can't do this.' And I just chuckle and say, 'It's not a question of 'can't,' it's just not something I do."
God bless Shawn Michaels. He is the man.
Sometimes I catch myself wondering how some people can be so....wrong. I'm not necessarily talking about people who party, just people who do things that they know in their hearts are wrong, and yet they do it anyway. I could never do that. My conscience won't let me do something that I know isn't the right thing to do. I guess have a gift in that sense.
Maybe I'm not quite as spiritually lost as I thought I was.
I'm thinking of giving the EIU radio station a try next semester. Who knows? I could discover that being in front of a camera, or on the radio has been my real calling all along. Not getting the city editor job may have been a blessing in disguise.
I love how 50 Cent, er, I'm sorry... Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, not only has to make a movie, but put out a friggin' video game to convince teenagers that he's got so much street cred. Yeah, we get it Fitty, you got shot a bunch of times. You're a tough dude. You're a child of the streets. If we ever met, you and your homies would likely proceed to bust a cap in my ass. I just have one question. Have you always lived in that huge mansion? Or did you buy it using all the money you made spoon feeding that crap to kids?
Ever seen Family Guy, Fitty? Well, there's this one episode where a guy walks up to Peter's house and screams: "Hey! You know who lives here? A big fat phony! A big fat phony!"
Better call the homies.
