Looking for a roommate?

A friend of mine is in need of a new place to rent, preferably in the Capitol Hill area. She's hoping to pay about 400/month & half utilities. Non-smoker, employed, and clean, she doesn't need a huge place, just enough room for a bed & dresser & the usuals.

Any takers?
