(no subject)
My weekend went pretty well. On Thursday I cleaned Eclipse Chocolat for a few hours, then gamed with friends. For the second time in a row I really enjoyed the game. Let's hope it stays this way, as I was actually planning on quitting for a while there.
Didn't sleep a wink on Thursday night, then went into Eclipse at 4:30 in the AM! Waaay too early for my tastes, but I kind of loved it. I loved hanging out with Will and Ray, and the news crew was really nice as well. I also enjoyed the work, believe it or not, although Will reduced my pay to minimum wage on Friday... Which was slightly crushing, but I managed not to cry until I got home. Go me! ^.^
Today I saw Push at Mission Valley and was totally disappointed with the whole affair. It seemed like a really long TV show pilot, not a movie. But whatevs. I liked the use of some psychic abilities and seeing Dakota Fanning drunk and making an ass of herself in one scene was like looking into the future. Awesome.
OH, and Will kind of offered me a part-time job. Once a week to begin with, but I guess that's something. I'm applying for some other jobs as well. This week I'm gonna go back to Ruby's and see if they'll hire me now. Also applying at Fry's, which will be a bitch to get to, but if I get a cashier job I'll be okay with that.
