thoughts
so the past few days have been pretty busy to say the least.
so my overnight shift went particularly well, so well that a)i got out early and b)it's highly likely it (among other things) will be leading to a promotion, finally :)
i'll be getting a much better idea as to if it will actually happen on wednesday when my manager and i chew on my district managers for a bit.
the only problem with the overnight shift is that getting home when its was still dark on saturday is making me think a day ahead, i keep thinking today is monday.
after work today, erin and i scooted over to rainar's place for her grad party, where i found out several things:
-i shall never pursue a career in volleyball
-mini muffins are amazing
-i feel like a big turd for not talking/hanging out with amy and erin more
i also feel like a loser for giving rainar a gift card, never liked giving those as gifts, but perhaps i should be blaming brother otis for his (severe lack of) helpful suggestions.
tomorrow is the first time in a while that i get to sleep in, and i intend to do so without any guilt.
