"Our seafood manager regularly gets asked if we have different varieties of seafood, and if he doesn’t have the particular kind of seafood the customer wants, he is happy to order it in for the customer. That said, once he got a request for a couple of kosher lobsters. He had to explain to the customer that there was no way he could request a kosher lobster from our distributor but if one came through, he’d let the customer know. He also noted that they are quite easy to spot, as kosher lobsters are shipped to market wearing a yarmulke. The customer thanked him, and left."
