2. Upload it to Tinypic or Imageshack. (Try to keep them under 800x800)
3. Grab the HTML link and post it in a comment below! (Anonymous is on and all comments are screened)
In a week's time (September 23rd), the meme will go up with the pictures. People will them comment to them ICly!
