We had the inspection done on the home early today, and aside from a handful of minor issues (minor leak in the kitchen faucet, the outside spigot needing new screws, etc.), there was only one issue which could cost the seller more than a couple of hundred dollars. Apparently there was a condensation leak at the furnace which has caused a bit of rusting of some internal bearings.
Aside from that, everything checked out wonderfully.
We also went ahead and scheduled a radon test to be done, given that Allen County is in the middle of a large swath of heightened radon levels. We should have the result of that test on Friday.
