lolol, I guess you're going to owe me more? But worry not, for I would like to believe I am a wonderful person to be indentured to.

B: Babies, Supernatural, Adam/Nick.
E: Eden, Supernatural, Adam/Michael.
S: Serendipity, Supernatural, Adam/Lucifer.
T: Tears, Supernatural, this is the last one, I swear, and I don't care which pairing you want to use, I just want Adam crying like in your icon! Maybe Dean or Sam being all awkward with a crying Adam, BUT ANYTHING'S OKAY, REALLY!

ETA: Sorry if you get this twice. There was some HTML fail, lol.

Setting this as a snapshot in the "We Keep Moving" Universe.

“We can't keep her.” Adam hates saying the words, hates being the one to crush Nick's fantasy, hates seeing the way Nick's shoulders sag and his eyes lose a little of their warmth at the words, but he has too. Hell, if it was up to him he'd not leave the baby either. Adam's had friends from his old Uni who were in the foster system, knows how ugly it can be. Circumstances and all aside, Nick is probably the best father figure this little girl could ever hope to have.

However Adam is a realist, he's forced to be one. And they can't just toss the circumstances aside. Maybe they've lucked out lately, with everything that's chasing them slowing down, but Adam's not sure how long it'll last. Whatever the foster system might throw at this kid, it'll still be scores better than the life she'll have if she stays with them. Two former angel vessels with a bunch of problems, and no therapy, no home, no money. No child deserves that.

Besides, it's probably, most likely their fault ( ... )

So heartbreaking and beautiful, while still being genuine! I can easily see Nick wanting to keep this little girl, after losing his own, and Adam wishing he could let him, but his logic always dogging that whim.

Also, I am so, so delighted to see more of WKM. It's that 'verse that made me ship these two in the first place. Thank you, bb, for writing this! <333

Heee WKM might be my favourite piece of work done till today. So anything Nick/Adam goes straight into that universe.

I need to read this 'verse of yours because this was so poignant, I felt for both of them, their pain is palpable. This little girl could have been a bigger reason for both of them to survive, but Adam is right and the cost to her quality of life would be too great a risk. This was wonderful.

We Keep Moving is kind of heartbreaking because of how fucked up they are in that one, but I'm glad you like it! And Adam is too much of a nice guy to let someone else get fucked up as they are.

Eden.

Eden, Adam thought trying to actually process what he was seeing.

Sometimes, Adam tended to forget that Michael being an archangel, the term 'I don't know, surprise me' wouldn't lead to possible hand cooked dishes and beer under moonlight, or maybe a little more kinky sex in the bedroom, like it would for any other normal person whom Adam could have possibly dated. No with Michael, 'surprise' usually meant exotic locations, lavish gifts, possible combinations of the two. Apparently once he'd mellowed out after the Not-Apocalypse, the Sword of Heaven was perfectly fine with abusing his powers to spoil his lover.

The real fault lied with Adam, who should've expected this. Really he should've. He knew what Michael was like. The archangel would get him exotic rare coffee in bed. It made perfect sense that said archangel would pull something like this off, when Adam had tiredly said “surprise me”.

And Adam is surprised. He'd read about this place once in a kid's Bible. Heard his more religious friends describe it. But actually ( ... )

Woman I blame you for my whole characterisation of Michael and his constant spoiling of Adam.

....I think I can handle this (and, c'mon, Michael so would. SO WOULD).

And your fault for having a spoilable Adam.

My Adam is a brat who doodles and snarks, talks about salami rains, and is a housewife with a bad taste in music. How does that make him spoilable?

This is a great image of Eden as a wild forest rather than the cultured garden, I love that it's still living and pure, and it was such a well-suited surprise for Adam. It's a nice testament to how far they've come that Michael knows what Adam would actually like, how Adam can tiredly ask for a surprise and Michael still has the ingenuity (and investment) to come back with something novel.

First things first, I love your icon.

I don't know why, I can picture Eden as many things, but among them, a cultured garden scores the lowest possibility. And it makes sense for Eden to be a forest, than a garden.

I'm not quite sure this is what you were hoping for, but my mind has turned to mush thanks to exams. I'll do the last one whenever I get downtime, or after the 15th. Also, this follows: "It All Starts with a Lullaby."

Adam says Yes to Lucifer.

Adam sleeps.

Adam dreams of oblivion.

He only dreams of it. He cannot understand why. Oblivion isn't supposed to be a dream, it's supposed to be his reality. It's what he knows would happen once he said yes. Lucifer has never hidden his future from him.

But yet whenever he feels himself completely slipping away there's a pull backwards, and Adam feels the sleep of in-between lull him in again.

-

Adam wakes up once.

He can't make out much. Just heat, and the feeling of thin cold fingers carding through his hair, before sleep takes him in again ( ... )
