In which I have new pairings and have no idea how the hell I come up with them
I assume the title and icon should provide enough info on my current state of dilemma.
The thing is this pairing shouldn't make sense. They've never even met in the series. Bela was killed off before Anna was introduced. But I cannot get the thought of these two being this awesome pairing out of my head. Because Bela, even though she's human, is BAMF. I mean I could go on and on on how much I love her. And Anna? Angel-radio. Former head of Castiel's garrison. Pretty much semi responsible for humanising Castiel. BAMF.
And these two together? There are so many possibilities. This pairing if done right could have so much potential. Too much potential. And I can't help but want to write this pairing. Except I don't even know where to start.
But if that wasn't enough, after how much of a trainwreck SPN is becoming and, after all the Good Omens crossovers I've been seeing, I've been thinking of writing one. And then I think of exactly how I can bring the two worlds together and the only link my mind tells me is Castiel and/or Gabriel (because of the New Years Resolutions list), but mostly Castiel. And thinking of Castiel in the GO universe and Apocalypse somehow makes my mind jump right to Castiel and GO's War, which is brain breaking, because how the hell would they work? But I think of it and start laughing.
And also another side-effect of thinking of GO and SPN together? Adam Young/Sam Winchester. And this pairing honestly scares me because of just how much sense it makes. This pairing could be creepy, violent, oh-so wrong, and then be fluffy, perfect, and hilarious at the same damn time. These two go together like tea and milk. If there's possibly anyone who could understand Sam in the situation he's in right now, it would most definitely be Adam. He'd understand because just like Sam he was born to do the same thing Sam was. And he'd understand Sam's need to be independent from his family because technically he's Lucifer's son and when it came down to it, he metaphorically gave his father the finger and said screw you to the Apocalypse.
And it isn't only the pairing that makes me want it so bad. It's the reactions to it. Dean would caught between flipping, and well, flipping. Adam is basically the nephew of all the Angels so then there would be Castiel's reaction. And then there would be Lucifer's reaction itself, which would so bloody EPIC, and ASDFGHJKL WHY HASN'T ANYONE EVER THOUGHT OF THIS PAIRING YET?
And then I've always loved the idea of an Angel Sanctuary and Supernatural crossover. I mean the thought of Belial/Dean and the potential it has makes me a happy camper. But now thanks to a comment_fic prompt I'm thinking of Castiel/Belial, which OH GOD THE EPIC MINDFUCK. And there's Cas/Belial/Dean, and *guh*.
OH God I really need to stop thinking up ships like this. /headdesk
