To certain individuals who seem to have been... offended.... by my previous post,
I am a deeply emotional, highly opinionated, and occasionally recklessly impulsive person. But I'm not stupid. If I post a public entry, say.... voicing my disapproval about someone's behavior and berating them for it.... it's a safe assumption that if you can read it, it does not apply to you. I don't believe in keeping secrets, I don't believe in lying, and I care about my friends more than anything else in the world. If you have an issue with me, please take it up with me. DO NOT go complaining about something I have done to my friends, and don't betray confidences that were established.... I dunno, about a certain conversation that we agreed would be kept private. I am not a hard person to get a hold of. Call me. Email me. IM me. Send me a message on Facebook. I don't care how you do it, but don't go through my friends to bitch about something I have done.
Thank you.
And I am fully aware of the hypocrisy in posting this public. It was intentional.
And for the record, that damn post I wrote was about my fucking manager who lied to my face about not editing my timecard. She admits to editing two other people's clocks the same night, but flatly denies having anything to do with my edits. She is paying me retroactively for the pay that was taken away from me, and will be investigating who may have made the edits. As I fully believe it was her, I made a few demands myself. 1) I want to see every timecard that is available, printed out, so I can go through them to make sure there are no other erroneous changes to my timeclock - they go back to September. 2) I want timecards printed for the entire staff at the end of every week, to make sure that nobody else is being cheated out of hours. 3) I want a full investigation into the managerial staff to find out who changed my clock, and why. 4) I want every person on staff to change all of their passwords so that no other employee knows anyone else's - there is too much potential for fraud with every staff member being able to use everyone else's numbers. 5) If it happens again, I'm going directly to the District Manager to report it. I'm giving Laurie the benefit of the doubt because she is a friend, but I'm not putting up with this shit again.
