damn that didn't work. grrrr and it looked all cool too. attempt #3 < lj-cut text="yo, this is the cut" > I hope this works to show you how to cut me out now. < / lj-cut text="yo, this is the cut" >

just take out unnecessary spaces. rather, take out one space from each location i added a new one to.

Actually, you don't need that whole thing as the end-tag. You can just use this:

[lj-cut text="Cut Title"]Text to cut.[/lj-cut]

but with the little sideways carat things (what the hell are those called, anyway?) instead of brackets.

Hooray for html.
