Let me say,
I love Los Angeles. I don't care, if it's hell, if it's expensive, if it's the end of the world.
Sunday we went up in the Puente Hills and the rain had just passed and was just about to come again. I saw a three panorama that extended across two counties and out to sea. Downtown Los Angeles individuated; library tower, California Plaza, 777. And there was Signal Hill, The Palos Verdes Ridge and like a mirage beyond it all Catalina Island.
We didn't take any pictures and I'm glad. The memory will swell.
