Tommy is going well that is all I will say about it this time except that I am excited and happy that a lot of my friends and family will be coming to see it soon which makes me feel loved.
I had lunch with my grandparents and other random family members at Hillel today, and Will in his normal way tried do his little let me show off my students thing with me but introduced me to a family friend who informed him that she had been to my bat mitzvah and taught my mom and all of her siblings when they were little. I was amused.
I managed to fall off my bike the other night. Note to Sasha: It was a wee bit like when I crashed into that bush last spring…only this time there was a brick corner under the bush and I fell off. I’m fine, just pretty sore and I can officially tell you all that the bricks in the Hansee courtyard are HARD. I have a very pretty blue/purple/red splotch on my leg. And other interesting bruises elsewhere. Luckily it was like 2 in the morning and no one was around.
I got a call tonight that I needed to sign waiver forms for opening day, meaning I get to cox in it!!!! YAY!!!!! I’m super excited, I got a little nervous after I didn’t sign up w/band and then the coach wouldn’t tell me if I could have the race or not but now it is cool. It is a masters women’s boat so it won’t be as fun as the boys, but they are all really nice and treat me way better than my boys ever did. Hopefully I can steer straight for them.
Other than that, I am mad at my Hebrew teacher and way behind on homework and unmotivated just like everyone else it seems =)
