This is interesting stuff!
There are 908,204 total accts. ONLY 38% of them (341,968) have updated in the last month. Live Journal seems to be a good place to be if you're a dude! It is 63% Female and 37% male. I wish UNiv of FLA was like that!
Only about 14,000 (2%) peopel are "early adopters". Only 49318 (5%) of LJers pay for their service.
Americans are 63% (576283) of Live Journalers. California(74749, 13% of USA), New York(42504, 7% of USA), and Florida (34560, 6% of USA) (GO US!) are the three states with the most users. Michigan is #4 which surprizes me. They're the 8th biggest state so thats unproportional. Pennsylvania is ranked #7 (25235) and its the 6th biggest state, but yet PA is the #2 state on my list after FLA. New York, WATCH OUT! We're behind by only 8,000 and WE CANT COUNT!
Most of the users are 15-23 yrs old. 166,247 users are 17-19, (18%) which is the most popular age group here.
