You know, I seriously don't take that kind of crap from customers. Now, I'm polite and more importantly, fair: I go by policy. I understand policy means "ultimately do whatever will make the customer happy," however I possess a certain sense of ethos when it comes to waste-of-cum-scum. People in this country have too long existed smugly in the comfort of "the customer is always right." No, fucktard, not if you're a fraudulent liar. You LOSE, you get NOTHING.

When I'm in that situation I'm clear on offering a credit/exchange (which is still too kind to their sort); it's unfair to the company when a person scams them out of money and/or product. Entitlists, the lot. I'm very keen on ensuring those customers learn we are not there to bend over backward. I laugh at negative comment cards--bring it on trash-cow, bring it on dirt-duhd, because I answer to an authority with far more respect for employee effort than most and I'm not afraid of taking responsibility for my actions, unlike you, turdchop!

So, making up for the lack of voice thing....

You should post about those dirty, nasty, trashy women who came in.
