(no subject)
Well, plans fell through. I now have nothing to do for Thanksgiving that day. Which is good, actually. I was partially hoping that would be the case. I'll have the place to myself and no distractions so I can get things accomplished. (I'll make up for thanksgiving on Saturday. Among other things...)
Hoping to meet some old friends in Dee Eff Dub when I head out to the lounge Saturday night. One of which I haven't seen since high school. We hung out for about 3 years during school and then just went our own ways. Myspace, thankfully, has fixed that. Haha! It'll be cool to see him again.
Tonight...will be eventful, I hope. Last night was spent watching Heroes and Journeyman and then pulling out my old turntable and spinning a bit. It was good for nostalgia. I think I'd want to keep about half my records. The rest really suck. I can't believe I bought some of those. Thankfully they were less than $5 each. Haha! I guess records were like the ancient iTunes. (Except without DRM.) (Christ, I'm a nerd... ;D) I also found out last night that the largest distributor of hardcore records is going under and declaring bankruptcy. So, getting good vinyl may be hard until the year is up. At least, it won't be cheap. :-/ No worries. I probably won't be buying much anyways since I need to play around with software before I really play around with them tables again... That was fun, though. One of my drives is broken, I found. I need to order a whole new one. (Those are a bitch to find, too.) I may just hold out and get some new decks instead. A drive is anywhere from 20 bucks to a few hundred. (They go higher, believe me.) And I'd probably rather put the cash into new tables. They'll probably have better needles anyways. ;D
I WANNA DO SOMETHING!
My back hurts real bad for some reason. Well, it's just sore on the left side when I lie down on my stomach or back. I dunno why. I can't get comfortable very much unless I'm sitting in a chair leaning back.... hmmm. odd.
