Wow, so much has happened since I last updated.
1) just realised exam results come out Friday. Freaking out
2) I quit my job because the people there were disrespectin' me. Seriously. They were going to fire me because they couldn't be stuffed giving me training. I gave them the Royal Salute and haven't returned the uniform
3) close to getting a new job
4) my mum and dad's birthday was sunday 19th
5) my nana came to stay for the week, joined by my uncle Gavin for the weekend. Nice to see them all, but very inhibiting. After a week, definitely ready to have the house to myself again and not have to "babysit"
6) been an exhausted type of sick where I just want to sleep every day
7) went on a bus trip last week, to celebrate Karen's birthday. Drank three-quarters of a bottle of corner shop gut-rot in (no lie) half an hour. Was understably pissed for the rest of the night. "Met" a guy called Mitch. Made heaps of new friends (for the night lol). Hurt from dancing five days later.
8) avoiding Mitch's calls but don't know why. Nice guy, cute, seems to like me (mysterious that) but somehow just not doing it for me now that the wine has worn off
9) ex-boyfriend text me out of the blue and suggested we met up. Did so. One of his admirers came while we were talking at his house. Awkward. May have put a crimp in his future love-life. Finding this amusing but also a little guilty. Suspect seeing him again has made me realise that Mitch doesn't have any of the qualities I usually look for.
10) text an ex-best-friend at ex-boyfriend's encouragement to see if she was okay. No reply. Probably high or in jail. (Okay, that's mean. But at least I made the effort and tried to get in contact with her)
11) got my ass whooped in indoor soccer an hour and a half ago
12) cooked tea
13) downloaded the third season of desperate housewives (or as much of it as had been played)
14) did swiss ball exercises and sunbathed
15) updated this and commented on my friend's list wherever I had an opinion - so pretty much everywhere
