I'm sorry I stopped posting again. Boyfriend and I got back into FFXIV and seeing as we haven't played it in a few months and we were already behind then, there's a lot to do.
However, after the embargo lift on Creator's Camp and all the screenshots and info started pouring out, I found a newfound interest in Sims. I'm super excited for TS4 and I love how it looks. ...Minus the ground textures. Those are terrifying.
Anyways.
I'm currently partaking in the lengthly process of reinstalling Sims 3. No, I didn't uninstall it on purpose.
I had to reinstall The Elder Scrolls Online after the latest patch. I had no idea that some programs blindly deleted everything in their install folder when they were uninstalled/cancelled installation. I had set the install location to simply D:\Program Files (x86) because I figured it would create the Zenimax Online\etc folder itself, and then the installation wouldn't continue so I restarted it.
Because of the installation to Program Files (x86) being cancelled...it deleted everything in that folder. Final Fantasy XIV, my entire TS3 install, Origin, etc. Sooooooo now I'm reinstalling all that. In a very careful manner.
So, I've started cropping the updates I already have ready (5.6, 5.7, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4) and I'll be posting them hopefully tomorrow. \o/

Kaisa. Her jaw needs tweaking, I gave up on the nose, and I dunno why I didn't put thinner brows on her.
They're blue because I realized like two gens after she died that she looked dumb with those brown brows.

I like it. The heels are, as always, too short for my tastes, but I actually do like them.
I love:
That I can give sims pretty tiny waists without a mod
How the sims look
How effing sexy the eyeshadows and eyeliners are
That you can actually make black/asian/middle eastern/whatever-you-want and they actually look like they're supposed to.
You can layer tights/fishnets/etc and socks. It's amazing.
Also, rings/bracelets only replace each other if they take up the same finger/wrist. \o/ Yasssss
Most of the clothes are actually adorable/practical/wearable, unlike TS3.
Those striped tights on the blue-haired sim. They're the most perfect things ever to exist.
THERE'S ALREADY REPLACEMENTS AND MODS. Mia's eyes are replacements! ♥.♥
I hate:
Eyelash length/shape, eye bags, and eye crease are directly tied to what eye preset you pick. I haven't found any way to change them besides that. It's shitty.
The skintones are kind of flat, and the coloring on the yellow/midtones are...just weird.
I honestly think there isn't enough customization with the body/face. There are some things that need tweaking that you just can't tweak and have to get over.
The clothing textures suck in some cases. For example, the second and third sim pictures up there.
