WHAT: Allen attempting to tutor Luke for his make-up exams

Today was the first day back in class for Luke after his absence for visiting home. It was quite an unexpected trip-- his father had become ill so he was required to go home-- and it caused him to miss a couple of important exams. He was allowed to redo them, of course, since he had his mother write him a note excusing him from them but that wasn't what he was worried about.
Luke wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box so the problem was, he had no idea whatsoever that he was doing. It was as if the last few months of school never existed for him. So the first thing he had done when he returned to school was ask for help. Thankfully, Allen had offered to be his tutor though Luke still isn't very confident about his ability to pass the exams.
Currently, he was in his room waiting for Allen. He had returned as soon as classes ended (not like they did anything important, so he might have, maybe fallen asleep in them). The red head rolled around in his bed in frustration, hugging his pillow tightly. What was he supposed to do if he failed! Those exams were the only thing barricading him from summer vacation and the next grade.
