Shrunken Heads Request + 2nd day at Work
Today I was unable to ship anything. :C I wish I weren't so busy! Today was going to be grabbing my pay check and signing the release forms from Benco... and then shipping and sewing a Mijumaru Pillow. What happened? Joannes called me in at the last minute.
I wanted to look good, and go... and I regret it. Not only did I get nothing accomplished besides a couple bookmarks, but I've met the asshole of the work place. It's sad because we went to High School together and I thought she would be my friend since we have CHS blood in us.
I realized a few hours ago that she's also a girl from my former dance class. She's a bitter person, and if I'm not mistaken she didn't like me anyway because I lead our dance team in the class she was self conscious in. Bet she thinks I'm some loud, stuck up popular bitch. Damn it she's right. I'm so different compared to the way I was in High School. 8C
I also discovered I'm going to be working for 39 hours next week, and two days have over 10 hours in each of them. This is intimidating and new to me. I'm used to eight hours. D: I hope to get some pillows done when I can sit down and concentrate! Though luckily I found some purple minky at the store. Yeah, we only carry yellow, purple, green, and red. All shades I don't have at the local store, but still bummed. I am looking forward to a shiny Bachura though. <3
I'm going to be making some Shrunken Heads as an experiment though. I think if they turn out, I will make them for the Gen 5 sales. Or custom sales. Maybe they'll be liked? Anyone want to throw out requests? I'll most likely sell the samples, so keep it in mind that they should be sell-able so request ones you think I can give good homes to. <3
