THE TIMEWARP!
My dad just called from the video store, and he's renting me RHPS! YAY! Also I just want to state for the record that I hate drama and people should just stay out of others business. Moving on, I can't do the Benefit anymore, I have to go to a freakin church retreat that weekend! GRRR. This is kind of random but, did you know that two Christian organizations believe that Spongebob is promoting homosexuality. There's a video being distributed to elementary schools about unity and how we should treat each other like family. Apparently some people were suspicious of the way Spongebob treats Patrick, and on the website for the video it has "traces" of homosexuality acceptance. There is a tolerance pledge that's on it saying how we should tolerate people with different sexual identities and differnt religions and such. Now those two organizations are all riled up. I don't know what they expect from this. It's a children's show, who gives a flying rats ass if Spongebob and Patrick are gay. Those kinds of organizations, in my opinion, take things way too far. For people to actually sit down and think about these things shows me that they have way too much time on their hands. Why can't we just let people who are considered different, live their lives. I don't understand, it's not like two gay men or women deciding to get married has anything to do with these people. It doesn't directly affect their lives. Why can't we just let people live their lives in happiness. This world and this country are going down hill and if we don't do anything to stop it, I don't know where we're going to end up....
