This is my life:
me: I kissed a vial of jesus' blood in belgium.
craig: whatever, I drink it every week.
josh: fuck transubstantiation, craig, that's wine!
So I finally read The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, even though I distinctly remember reading perhaps the first 1/3 of it as a kid, I decided I should. So I read it in a few hours - hooray. Halfway through, I was convinced by Josh that I had bought the "abridged" / "childrens" version and it took me 15 minutes of looking on Amazon to realize that I'm a gullible crazy lady.
Also, I should have read it as a kid because then I wouldn't spend so much time figuring out the Christian metaphors.
My copy that I bought for some cheap amount of money has the "movie" cover and photos inside, but since Josh wants me to "get my own images of the characters," we tore out the photos and burned them, and have white-d out the cover
as seen here:
Tee hee.
My friends and I are total nerds and it's fantastic.
