Late Birthday Report!
So last Monday was my 27th birthday, unfortunately I was so sick that I hadn't had the chance to celebrate until yesterday. The good news is besides feeling not sick, I had a lovely time and get some great presents from my friends - so I'm good.
My friend had get me the book "One Day" which I've been looking in the bookstores for quite awhile; ever since I saw the movie I've wanted to read the book, I find myself always wanting to read the books of the movies that I liked. Anyway currently I'm half way through and it just fantastic. Even though I already know the plot it still captivates me.
I have always believe that reading the book will always be better than seeing the movies the only real question is the degree of how better the book from the movie version and I'm probably going to offend a lot of people but I have to say that I find watching the Harry Potter's film almost painfully, every time I watch a Harry Potter film I have this urge to grab the book so I could remember why I love this series. Back to One Day, so far I can say that the film version is very good, one of the reasons for this, in my opinion, that the book's author David Nicholls also wrote the film's script. I find that a good script make a good film everything else is just bonus.
