Good news, bad news.
Good news:
Speech and drama went well! In general, the judges rather sucked (for example, the "crazy rat lady" who informs me that my piece was by far the best piece of the round, and ranks me 5th--and surprise, surprise there were only 5 pieces that round :P ), but the meet itself was very fun.
Bad news:
I'm updating this early because I mistakingly thought I had to go to work today.
Grr.
